PRICING

Every Party-Bots Birthday Party Package Includes:

• Private personalised party setting in our facility
  
• Driving practice time to get used to the robots’ controls.
  
• A double elimination Tournament of Champions, where your party will be split into two teams to find the best robot of our Champion House Robots.
  
• Exciting Mini-Games and Rumbles to top the 2-hour party.
  

You are welcome to stay up to 30 minutes past your 2-hour party for birthday festivities - Bring your own cake, snacks and drinks.

Good to Know:

• Party-Bots birthday parties are best suited for kids ages 8 and up.
• We require a minimum of 1 adult guardian/parent per 6 kids to stay on site at all times.
  
• Our 2-hour parties are designed to give up to 10 participants adequate fighting time. If you want more participants, we suggest adding an extra hour to your party to give everyone adequate driving time.
  
• All participants must fill out the online waiver.
• Please plan for indoor shoes or dry & clean outdoor shoes for everyone staying.

Birthday Food:

• If you are having a cake and gifts; we will fit a 20 minutes break for cake and snacks between the tournament and the extra games/rumbles.
• Food and drinks must be consumed away from the robots.
• There is a fridge and freezer available.

Party Periods:

Fridays: 4-9pm | Saturdays: 10am-7pm | Sundays: 10am - 7pm

WORKSHOPS

learn & BUILD a combat robot

In the workshop you will build a Viper Combat Robot Starter Kit from FingerTech Robotics, then test it in our tournament-grade Kilobots arena. During the workshop you will learn about remote controlled robotics, electronics, mechanical design, and how to compete at a combat robot tournament. When finished, you will have the knowledge needed to design and build your own combat robots!

Workshop Details:

• Time: 12pm-4pm on select Saturdays (days and times can vary).
• Topics covered: Electronics, Motors and Gearboxes, Radio systems, Batteries, Tools, Fasteners, Armor Materials, Competition Rules and Strategy.
• The $150 registration covers the cost of 1-2 people to work on the same robot. Parents are welcome to help at no cost. This workshop can be taken as an individual or as a pair (team).

Good to Know:

• Only 6 spots available per workshop!
  
• There will be access to the arena for practice robot fights!
  
• Ages 8 and up.
  
• Bring snacks to keep you fuelled.
• If you want to keep your robot after the workshop, you can buy the robot at the end of the class for $250 (payable in person), including the controller. You can continue upgrading your robot and compete it at future workshops and Kilobots events!

ARE Ready to see sparks fly?

In this Metal Mayhem Tournament, we bring out all our tremendously destructive Combat Robots out for you to battle. You will see carnage, sparks flying up in the arena and hear a lot of destructive noises.

Every Corporate Events package includes:

• Driving practice matches to get used to the robots’ controls.
  
• A double elimination Metal Mayhem Tournament where your party will be split into two teams to find the best robot of our Champion House Robots.
  
• Rumble and exciting Mini-Games to top the hour.
  

Good to know:

• All the fights are safely run in the Kilobots 3/8" thick polycarbonate arena to protect the spectators and operators from flying shrapnel that is torn from opponents!
  
• Corporate event parties are best suited for 16+ years old.
• Our 2-hour parties are designed to give adequate fighting time for up to 15 participants. If you want more participants, we suggest adding an extra hour to your party to give everyone adequate driving time.
  
• You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to our facility but they must be consumed away from the robots.

Before participating in any activities at Party-Bots

please fill out a waiver for each participant.

Party-Bots is the event division of Saskatoon-based FingerTech Robotics Ltd. Combat Robotics Online Store. Our facility is set up to let you experience the world of combat robotics without the need to fully jump into the sport. Fighting combat robots is a great way to have fun while learning STEAM concepts.
